2 cans of enchilada sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 fans green chilies
2 cups shredded cheese 
corn tortillas
Olive oil or butter

- Preheat the oven to 350˚
- Brown the meat
-Add 1 cup of water and taco seasoning
- Mix in the green chilies
- Let the meat cool for about 5 minutes
-Put the meat mixture in the tortillas and roll
-Line them in a baking pan (glass is the best)
-After all tortillas have been rolled and placed in pan
cover with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese
-bake for 30 mins

Makes 16 enchiladas
